I just recently completed the GitHub migration, due to Google Code shutting down.

Three projects are represented:

• pheonixrt is the original inverse planning algorithm based on the convolutional input layer
• WarpTPS is the interactive morphing using TPSs
• ALGT is the predicate verification tools
